Overall, it looks great in our backyard. The directions could’ve been better. For example, it would’ve been nice for them to tell us how far apart the marking should be for the roof slats.

I bought this on 7/8/23 It's very stable , it's real solid wood, I got it at a great price, $633.99 . I will be adding a galvanized tin covering to the too soon . Love it , my lil get away!!!!

Pergola was shipped quickly and without damage. Assembly was time consuming but not overly complicated and looks great when completed. Total assembly time for most people I would estimate in the 8-10 hr range.

Took a little TLC but worth it. We lacquered the wood first and it highlights better. A little configuring since some holes did not align, but once it was up it looks great.

I would say this was a near perfect pergola! There were a few issues though so I can't give it five stars as much as I want to. It took me and my 21 year old son about a total of 5 hours to put this together. One thing I would change in the instructions is to build the sides so all four posts are attached, then put it in it's final resting place *before* putting on all the cross beams. This is not exactly light at this point and can only imagine how heavy it would have been had we built it all the way then moved it. Some of the 2x6 cross beams had a slight twist them which caused the 2x2 beams to miss their pre-drilled holes. Fortunately the 2x6's didn't crack while attaching the 2x2's. Speaking of the 2x2's, this is one of the reasons it did not get five stars. A number of them were warped. Because we bossed them around, we were able to get them on mostly straight though. Then the hardware. For the most part, the hardware was great! The cement screws were a joke. I pre-drilled into my cement (have to use a hammer drill) and the bit I used was 5/32" but I still couldn't get them to go in. I guess I should have used a bigger bit? I am glad that each pack of hardware came with two extras since as you can see from the attached picture, one screw had no threads, one bolt had no threads as well was bent, and another bolt was bent beyond usage. Overall, I'd recommend this. It does definitely take two people to build and did go together as long as you follow the instructions and do not tighten any of the bolts until you've got it in place.

We bought this in May, and my husband and I, with help from our neighbor, built this Pergola in about 6 hours. We called for some replacement pieces, which arrived promptly! I love this pergola, especially with the added string lights. I would recommend this to friends!

We purchased this pergola this summer. 2 months later Hurricane Laura (category 4 150mph sustained winds) visited our area. Many roofs were tore off of homes (ours sustained major shingle damage). We were expected to find the pergola half a mile away, but there it stood, in the same spot on our back patio. This picture was taken 1 month after the storm hit, there is still massive damage in the area. Lake Charles, Louisiana.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I ordered this a few months ago. we put it together over a few days taking our time and care. extremely well made. We then decided to mount the posts on concrete footers and then decided to place a natural stone floor to allow gas grill and furniture, etc. We are almost done but winter has slowed us until spring. Pictures attached. Very excited about completing our project.

I bought this months ago and we finally built it was it is beautiful. The wood is very soft so place a tarp when building. I also stained the wood with weather proofer to extend its beauty. The build itself was simple and the results were amazing. I'm very happy with the product and quality...great product!

I just bought this a few weeks ago and my husband and brother in law put it together yesterday. It took them about 6 hours to do which I think could have been done in less time if the pieces had some kind of labeling on it. It was kind of confusing to figure out which piece the directions were talking about. Also some of the holes didn’t line up with the other ones when connecting it together. Overall though it is a very nice and sturdy pergola and a perfect addition to our patio.
