Finally was able to find this pergola when it was on sale. Definitely had to call the stores often to see if their delivery arrived. Not all Sams Club personal were willing to help, but the Sams Club in Gardena....well, your customer service people were always willing to check their stock and told me when the stock came in. We hurried down and picked one up! We put a protective coat, just in case, it only took one can of water seal. Building it was easier once we separated the parts into piles by what labels, that were stamped, onto the wood pieces. We also made sure to put the screws/bolts next to the corresponding wood pieces. We soon realized that having both the paper instructions and the App instructional video really helped! The video made sure that you were connecting the wood pieces correctly-in other words, the screw holes were facing the right directions. And having all the holes pre-drilled, helped with the spacing of the roof slats. Hopefully it’ll last for a while. We bought a water proof tarp for days that we may need that extra covering. Running an electrical cord to the electrical panel on the pergola post to use for our lights. This pergola looks beautiful!

Easy to put together

Instructions were a little tricky and you definitely need two people (and even better to have three or four at least when lifting it), but it looks amazing! It took us 5 hours and that includes slowly counting out pieces and laying them all out while drinking on a Friday night. We added a corrugated roof to it and it's amazing shade for our deck. Very happy, just wish we would have bought it earlier in the year when it was $500 less!

As you begin assembly make sure you pay attention to how all the holes line up. Very easy to assemble incorrectly if you’re not paying attention. Overall we love the purchase. Very happy!

Love this pergola. It was so easy to put together. The only down fall was how long it took to get. It sat in a warehouse in Hudson Wisconsin for almost 3 weeks.
