[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built a patio in our back yard and we added this pergola to that space. It is now a beautiful feature that is also functional with the power ports. I was able to sting some colorful outdoor lights around the top of the pergola so we can set the mood after dark. I was also able to build a removable projector mount that allows us to watch movies projected onto a nearby wall. We're really enjoying the space more than we imagined! Building the pergola was a little challenging at times because a couple of the long bolts cross-threaded into their respective nuts...so they ended up locking up and stripped the threads. There were a couple of extra nuts/bolts so it wasn't a major concern. However even with the extras, there was 1 long bolt that I simply have to live with knowing that it didn't fasten completely/tightly. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with this pergola and would definitely recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our pergola purchase. It came on time with thorough communications throughout the delivery process. Assembly took several hours but the directions were easy to follow. The end product was beautiful. It’s been 6 months in the Fliruda sun and it still looks new.

I would recommend this pergola it’s not very hard at all to build but be prepared to work a whole day on it or 2 part days. The BILT app simplifies this so use it don’t use the paper instructions. The only thing that the BILT app lacks is it doesn’t point out all the pre drilled wholes and it really should because it really sets you back if you miss it. Other than that I would build this app over again!

We have had this pergola for about a year now and it has held up extremely well so far. We did paint it with a clear protectove coating. It looks great and we love the electric box. Made it very easy to hang a plug in fan in the corner. Great quality, 2 men a few hours to put together

Great Pergola. Pretty solid. putting it together wasn't difficult. The provided paper instructions in my opinion was confusing but the app was excellent on instruction guidance. The slotted joist pre-drilled screw holes did not match the other predrilled holes to mount on. Some wood pieces were little warped but that's expected of wood. Overall I would recommend this Pergola. Would be nice to know what the finished sealer is so I can do some touch ups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I ordered this a few months ago. we put it together over a few days taking our time and care. extremely well made. We then decided to mount the posts on concrete footers and then decided to place a natural stone floor to allow gas grill and furniture, etc. We are almost done but winter has slowed us until spring. Pictures attached. Very excited about completing our project.

Ive always wanted a pergola and now my dreams came true. The Blue Oasis came alive with this great addition for outdoor shade, living, dining and events. Love the electrical outlets so I added add a TV and ceiling fan to make it a great outdoor living area. My friend bought him one after getting his concrete layed...I receive lots of compliments. Love love the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for our new patio and I'm so happy! What a great addition to my "happy place". I gave it a four because the wood is peeling/splitting in a few places. Still a great value for the price!

We recently installed this pergola. It was quite a project - it took 4 people about 5 hours to stain it (we though stain would help protect the wood in our shore environment), and 4 people about 5.5 hours to put it together. The instructions are decent and it is not hard to assemble (other than the attaching the top rails to thee top post which was a bear). However, there are a lot of pieces, many steps, and it takes some time. We definitely needed 4 people to move it once it was assembled. We really like the finished product. The pergola creates a sense of space and makes the area under it feel like a room. The quality is good and the delivery process was flawless. We would definitely recommend this pergola.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the summer and could not be happier with the end result. Only complaint is the directions need to be clearer about orientation of the pieces as we put together certain sections and realized after the fact that pre drilled holes were on other sides etc. also some of the wood was warped and made it difficult to align holes at time. But all in all we’re very happy and pleased with the pergola.
