Great dishwasher, installation not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! Very quiet and my dishes are super clean and dry. We didn't have a good experience with installation, but it wasnt the dishwashers fault.

bespoke dishwasher

Samsung produced Noiseless, and cleans quite well

Might be great - but never received

This dishwasher might be great, but the 3rd party delivery company, RXO logistics, is HORRENDOUS. I have tried SO many times to get this dishwasher that I have already paid for, and for WEEKS the delivery company has a.) not answered the phone after days of my calling; b.) scheduled a delivery and not showed up; c.) rescheduled to a day that I didn't authorize, d.) send me messages after business hours insisting that I contact them immediately to correct a delivery (even though I couldn't contact them because they were closed and their phone just went to a recording), e.) left me on hold for hours before disconnecting, and e.) now ghosted me on a delivery yet AGAIN. I will NEVER again buy another delivery item from Sam's club.
