[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this dishwasher. It's so quiet! I have to to get close to make sure it's on after it starts. Our house is open concept with the kitchen and living together. There is no problem with starting the dishwasher and sitting down in the living and enjoying a movie. I am also pleased with the amount of room and setup of the dishwasher. I appreciate the adjustments that can be made on the top rack depending on what you want. I would definitely recommend!

It has features that my previous one did not have to my delight. The third top rack for small items, the adjustable middle rack and the separators on the bottom rack that can be up or down (in sections) make life so much easier. It talks to my phone and all of my other Samsung products are Alexa/Echo attached for convenience. Can life get any easier in the kitchen!

It dries super fast, the door pops open by itself to help it dry super fast. It's also a smart device, so it works with my Smart Things App...it even told me to do a clean cycle. I really like it.

Is a tad louder than last model but overall a good one ... so far. Only had it for a month so fingers crossed it last longer than 5 yrs which was the last one when it went bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is wonderful! I have to put my ear to it in order to hear it running. A BIG step up from my last one. The dishes come out squeaky clean...even the slowcooker crock with dried on gravy. The only fault I have found thus far is the ability to load my regular sized dinner plates straight up an down...They have to be load at a slight angle or the wand hits them as it goes round. This means I can't get quite as much in a load.

purchased on 9/3 and it showed delivery 9/9-9/19. received notification to call Samsung on 9/9 to set up delivery. I was told they were booked untill 10/15. I verified with Samsung that the dishwasher would be installed the same day it was delivered and was told yes. Received it 10/16 and was told by the delivery company that there was no authorization from Samsung to install it!!! Now have to wait another week, totally unaccepta

My only complaint would be that is was difficult to find information on changing the drying agent amount. It is not included in the manual that comes with the device. You need to download the "full" manual to get the information.

I purchased this dishwasher on June 19, 2022 and it stopped working after only having it for a little over a year. The repair cost is almost the same amount as purchasing a brand new machine. Samsung DOES NOT stand behind their products and refuse to help with our situation. I will never purchase ANY Samsung products in the future. Their warranties too, begin when the store we purchased the dishwasher from received it. Not when we purchased and registered it. How can a company claim to sell "green" products when they die just after a year of use?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has several features which are pretty nice. We've had it for several months, now. It has a few idiosyncrasies. Very quiet; does great job cleaning dishes; at the end of the cycle the door pops open-so there's no mistaking whether the cycle is complete also we keep the door in closed position so that when a cycle has been run by one family member the door being open is a good clue that what's in the dishwasher cabinet is clean; one other feature that we like a lot is the Smart Things app which signals on our phones when a cycle has been started and when completed. For some reason, occasionally, after some cycles quite a bit of water remains in the bottom of the dishwasher tub. However, Samsung support is fantastic and can tell you how to remedy that issue.
