It cleans the dishes so quickly every time. I love the third rack on the top and being able to move the second rack up and down. My favorite feature is the auto release feature that opens it when it is done washing. I also use the Bluetooth connectivity to send notifications to my phone when it is done with its cycle.

The sleek front panel adds a modern touch to my kitchen, and the hidden controls are perfect for keeping them out of reach from curious little hands. The interior layout is well thought out—there’s plenty of space for all our dishes, and the small third rack is ideal for utensils and tiny items that used to slip through the cracks. Samsung really nailed the design and functionality with this one!

Just one trouble, the jet washer that hangs under the center rack falls off all the time. can snap it back on but is troublesome. needs a slight reengineering to keep it attached to the rack.

I bought this dishwasher 9 months ago. Recently, the plastic part used to pull the door open got partly broken. We have only used the dishwasher as intended, therefore it points to a design defect. However, Samsung refuses to cover this under the warranty. When I called the customer service, they even blamed it on me.

This is a nice looking dishwasher on the outside and it cleans dishes however, it's hard to fit taller items and the racks on the inside of the dishwasher are some of the most flimsiest racks I have ever seen in a dishwasher. So use the dishwasher racks with care. Mine have not broken yet but I'm sure it'll happen anytime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. But the sprayer wand is thin cheap plastic. It took a week to get a serviceman out to replace it. But support was available. It actually works quiet well without the rotating sprayer.

But Samsung customer service is A1. They did everything in their power to make the situation right and I then understood why I'm such a loyal customer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] elegant dishwasher, super quiet. the smart features in the app are very useful. as i walk up to bed i can simple ask bixby to start the dish washer. it shows you how much time is left, allows you to save settings and cycles. this dishwasher is our new favorite thing in our kitchen. everyone who comes by always asks about it and looks inside and out. the recessed handle makes it more elegant. we are very please with our new dishwasher
