But I worked at an major appliance manufacturer so that it is no problem for me to install. I like it's design, washing and dry performance. The noise is low, too.

First and most important it does a great job cleaning our dishes. The silverware is coming out with a shine we forgot about. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It is quiet, it cleans. The app is easy to use, I love that the door opens to finish drying. I am not in love with the rack designs, but I am figuring out what works best for our dishes.. it isn't a deal breaker, but it is different than our old designs and I find it odd for putting cups and bowls in. Could just be we have large cups and bowls, but again I care more about them getting clean. I have put in pans that I cooked meatloaf in and they come out clean.. no soaking needed. That makes it great in my book.

First impression was not great - the racks seem flimsy and don't glide well, and the instructions are not good, even having some conflicting information. But finally none of that was a problem, and I gotta give 5 stars because it cleans the dishes so well, while being energy efficient. And the nice feature of popping open so the dishes can dry naturally, which makes sense since I usually run it overnight, so why waste energy and bake the dishes to dry. For the times when I run it in the middle of the day, the Smart Dry feature also works well.

It is very quiet and washed much faster than my old one. The entire thing, inside/outside, looks great and seems to be fingerprint resistant. I also like the display on the exterior to view how much longer is left for the wash. Oh... The smart dry feature --- AWESOME!! It pops the door open a little at the end of the cycle and the dishes come out dry as a bone! I love this dishwasher!

It's starts with its sleek black, stainless steel appearance that perfectly matches the aesthetics of my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. The buttons on the top light-up and are easy to press. The door handle is built-in, so there is not an extra bar hanging off the front. It gives it a clean, crisp finish. I love that I can see how much time is left on the front of the dishwasher door without having to open anything. It's a light-up display when the dishwasher is turned on. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. One is adjustable which is super helpful when trying to clean larger items on the bottom and/or travel coffee mugs on the top rack. It is also easy to move back and forth - which makes it functional. I love the mini rack at the top - perfect for cleaning cup lids and silverware. I think that my silverware is cleaner because of the way it lays on the top rack. The water is able to get in between and my silverware is cleaner because of it. Finally, my favorite feature is that the door pops opens toward the end of the cycle. This allows the dishes to dry completely. They are completely dry when they come out - no more having to use a towel to finish drying the plates and cups after running a cycle. This is by far my favorite feature. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I have bought this dishwasher 2 months ago, one leg collapsed and does not hold the weight of the dishwasher, the selector for wine glasses or coffee mugs is falling off, the water distributor underneath the middle rack is falling off constantly, and the third rack has 2 broken pieces that divides utensils. Very frustrating.

Love that I can do specific trays for a wash and not the whole thing, when I just want all the glasses washed. Low on electricity, which is nice in this climate, very pleased

The automatic door opening after end of the cycle is awesome and the dishwasher is really quiet. Not sure how smart features integrate with iPhones but I have a Samsung phone and SmartThings app works flawlessly. Overall very satisfied.
