[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 1.5 months ago. Overall quiet, washes well, lots of space, and I initially loved the auto door release for drying. However the auto release feature has stopped functioning and despite trouble shooting to ensure it is on, it still doesn’t work. Think the mechanism to push the door open is bad. When it did work it was awesome dishes were super dry, so was the inside of the dishwasher, no oders. Otherwise happy with it.

The house we bought last year came with a builder grade dishwasher that has been really disappointing as far as cleaning and how noisy it is when it runs... So noisy that we couldn't run it at night because it would keep us up. We jumped on the opportunity to upgrade to a Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ through the Insiders Try It program when they became available. I'm so glad we did! We've been using it at least once a day for the last almost two weeks and are 100% please with the purchase. The StormWash+ has this amazing third row for large utensils, the rack height is more adjustable than other dishwashers we've tried, and also has more wash settings. The overall appearance is sleek and completely fingerprint (and dog paw/nose) resistant. The other thing I love about this DW is that the display controls are actually hidden once you close the door, so no more bumping into it and turning it on or off mid cycle. It's also smart enough to tell you when the Finish is low and needs to be replaced AND you can start it with your phone (as long as the door is closed and you have wifi). Have you ever had trouble with your dishes completely drying once the cycle was completed? Not in this model... The door automatically opens to allow more airflow for dryer dishes and spot free glassware. Over all the dishes are SO much cleaner with this model (DW80B7070US) than I've experienced with any other. We've always pre-washed all of our dishes before adding them to the dishwasher but you don't have to do that with this one. The extra jets and turbo functions on this model are so reliable that you don't have to waste water pre-washing. My favorite thing about this DW is that it's so quiet that we thought it wasn't working... And it's been that quiet for each load we've run since. The only noice it makes is when it's done and when the water drains. Do yourself a favor and just upgrade your dishwashing experience now and thank me later!

The dishwasher seems ok. What is not is the company Sam's has chosen as their delivery and installation partner. They installed my dishwasher and left. After about a month, I discovered they had not anchored it by pulling out the bottom drawer to add dishes and the thing nearly falling on me. I have called, spoke with them and have not heard back. It's been a month. I tried to talk to Sam's (you know, the people that hired this bottom dwelling company and they take no responsibility for their lacking partner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this unit, and it was delivered by XPO. Packaged well and was relatively easy to install. The instructions were on-page. It worked like a charm, and seems to do an excellent job cleaning the dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup, very quiet compared to my old whirlpool. Washes dishes great of you aren’t overloading it. Drying is about what I would expect for the cost….And it’s just plain beautiful, sleek great high quality look to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is the absolute best one I have ever used. One of my favorite features is the very top rack. I love being able to put my utensils up here. this dishwasher has gotten my dishes cleaner than any other dishwasher I have used. I love that I can log on to my phone and choose what settings to clean. You can also only use part of the dishwasher for smaller loads. This is nice for when the kids are not home and there are not many dishes to wash. The dishwasher notifies my phone when it is done but also pops open the door, This is a great reminder for the kids that the dishes need put away, but it does away with the excuses that they didn't know if they were clean. There is a power wash for the dirtier loads and it works like a charm every time. We cook a lot but have very busy lives so having a dishwasher that can keep up with us and help us keep on track is a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this dishwasher! I love my Smarter things app and having everything in one place so that I can control it.

I bought this about 5 weeks ago. It's by far the best looking one out there and it's very silent. So 5 stars for that. BUT.... Two things bring this down to a 1 star review especially at this price point. The off-gassing. When in use, it smells like hot tar/cheap plastics. Regardless of the cycle, the off gassing is actually quite bad. I live in a 1000sqf loft, so it smells everywhere. It smells like roofers putting a hot coat of tar in my kitchen. I would be curious to see what the exposure to VOCs are like in this context. It’s sad because every time, I’m potentially exposed to unknown fumes, I need to open the windows and start the kitchen fan. Those really quiet 42 decibels are worth nothing in this context. The other thing is the drying. It's only Ok on dishes. I admit not using a drying agent. But never had to with previous dishwashers. Also not a fan of the door aromatically opening to help the drying as it creates condensation under the lip of the counter. And some times the door does not open enough. So the condensation pools up on the controls. 

 Looks great, is very silent, but very disappointed. I will be going back to Bosch with my next purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs nicely and quietly. However, the depth of the trays leave a lot to be desired. I cannot fit large pans in the lower tray even after adjusting the height. I also have trouble fitting regular bowls and large glasses in the upper tray. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet! My family will not notice it is on, but there is a time countdown display, so you can see it's running. There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.

My old dishwasher, which was just over 10 years old, was noisy and was distracting if it was ran during a movie or a show. This dishwasher is completely unnoticeable now. On top of that the features of this dishwasher are amazing!
