[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a few months ago and its a great improvement over my older KitchenAid. I like all the options it has and am still learning some of them. Dishes come out very clean without spotting. The drying feature that opens the door to release heat/steam is pretty neat. I think it works for getting dishes clean and shiny. Now for the 'excepts'. Just a couple of things that I am not impressed with. The top rack (3rd rack) seemed like a good idea but I found that I would rather have the extra space above the middle rack for taller glasses and dishes so I took it out. A little more room between the bottom and middle racks would be good too. I wish I had more adjustment options for raising and lowering the middle rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely beautiful cleaning machine that is as quiet as it is strong at cleaning. I highly recommend this for not only its looks but its functionality! I am really impressed with how well it cleans dishes on all three racks regardless of the size of the dishes loaded into it. The auto open door function is an added treat that not only signals when the dishes are clean, but help to air dry the contents and reduce the chance for mildew. It was a breeze to install, in fact, it took more time and energy to uninstall the old unit than put in the new one. We are still playing around with the unit and discovering all of the features like the smart sense app integration. If you are not techno-savy it works beautifully independently as a plain old dishwasher with intuitive button controls. This unit is well worth the investment in my opinion and having a 12 year old Samsung refrigerator, their quality has only gotten better over the years. The stainless steel finish matches our other ss appliances in the kitchen even though our microwave and range are from another manufacturer. There is no gold hue to the nice white steel that you get with other brands that use cheaper stainless. Put simply, I am thrilled with our purchase and feel that Samsung has hit this one out of the park.

I like the handware ("silverware") slots on the removable swivel tops that separate individual forks and spoons for better cleaning atop the handware basket. And basket cut-outs allow basket placement across the lower dish rack.

It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. Everything about this dishwasher is better than the others, an I have tried them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers. i love this dishwasher with it's smart dry features! it has several different cleaning and drying options, and i love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. i've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs. i'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. for those that love yeti cups, you can fit a full size yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise! i highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this dishwasher. It's very easy to use. Having multiple compartments helps with organizing my dishes. Being able to adjust the cleaning cycle and time helps with water usage as well. The dishwasher is easy to connect through smart things and it gives notifications on the progress of a cycle as well. I like that the dishwasher can also let me know if there's anything wrong or missing with the cycle. Most importantly, it cleans dishes really well and I have no complaints there. Overall, I'm very happy with this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is wonderful! I have to put my ear to it in order to hear it running. A BIG step up from my last one. The dishes come out squeaky clean...even the slowcooker crock with dried on gravy. The only fault I have found thus far is the ability to load my regular sized dinner plates straight up an down...They have to be load at a slight angle or the wand hits them as it goes round. This means I can't get quite as much in a load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful black stainless-steel fingerprint resistant smart dishwasher that is probably the quietest dishwasher that I have ever owned. There have been times where I have forgotten that the dishwasher was actually running, if it wasn’t for the timer display on the front door. My last dishwasher I could hear on the second floor of my house. This dishwasher is full of amazing and options and features which I will go over on my review. This is a smart dishwasher that can be controlled via the Smart things’ application. The app allows you to set the washing features and send that cycle to the dishwasher. The application also allows you to monitor and cancel, pause and the end wash cycle. The app also allows you to download cycles which are not available as button options such as a Baby care, Self-Clean, Pot and Pans and plastic. This washer features 7 wash cycles and a Smart Dry with the auto release door. The smart-dry cycle circulates the warm air and opens the door a few inches for better drying performance and so far, every time that I have used the function, it has worked great. Everything comes out the dishwasher nice and dry. The wash cycles can be paired with High temp wash and the sanitize option. The High temp wash rinse the dishes during the main wash with hot water to improve the cleaning performance and the Sanitize option uses hot water in the final cycle of the wash to sanitize everything. Another key feature of this dishwasher is the StormWash+ option. The StormWash+ option uses the dual arms and the spray jets to deliver more water for a better cleaning performance. I use this feature every time we do our dishes and our dishes could not be any cleaner. One of my favorite features of this dishwasher is the Pre-Blast cycle. The Pre-Blast cycle is about a 10-minute cycle that pretty much removes any stuck-on and stubborn foods. I have tested this feature out with some of our pots and pans before the actual wash cycle and it will remove all those stubborn stuck on food and you will no longer have to rinse anything before placing them in the dishwasher. Overall, my family and I love our new Samsung StormWash+ dishwasher. It has cut out our pre-rinse process and our dishes come out of the dishwasher looking brand new and the best part is that we don’t even know it is working while it’s at hard at work cleaning all of our daily dishes.

It has auto door release at the end of the cycle with fan (best ever), storm wash (that removes toughest residues), tunable dry cycle, and for super fine tuning you can use smart things. We highly recommend it. It is a blessing to turn it on late at night and let it do its thing and in the morning you have clean dry dishes. This has been a problem for us since forever because we had to remember to open the dishwasher door open at the end of the cycle and we would often forget it and the dishes wouldn't be dry. This dishwasher not just doing that automatically, but also has a built-in fan to circulate the air ensuring dishes are perfectly dried. Its fingerprint resistant door makes cleaning a lot easier and you don't have to see your fingerprints on the the door all the time especially if you have small kids at home.
