I am much happier with this one. Still get the auto opening door at the end of cycle and even though it's 3 decibels more, it's still very quiet.

On the second track bin the adjustable glass holder slider keeps fall off. I place it back overtime it falls off. Otherwise I am very happy with the dishwasher and it is doing a good job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great very quiet dishwasher. The only issue we have: the door side panel cracked without any reason and Samsung refused to change the part saying it's not covered by our warranty. It's very sad. Our next dishwasher won't be Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Samsung dishwasher in 5 years we were happy with the first one. This one not so much, the heater never worked,. We called Samsung and someone came out and repaired it,. How does it leave the factory with out being tested

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is QUIET. Bottom line, no noise. Big fan of the door opening when the cycle is complete. Dishes dry out while warm so even less chance of spots and lets us put the dishes away faster. And it has the app to let me know when the cycle is done. I replaced a Bosch machine with this one and it was a significant upgrade.

Really happy with the features and awesome cleaning power. Very energy efficient even in the 60 min cycle gets dishes very clean. Use this cycle daily for our 2 person household. My only complaint is that the door stays wide open in the drying position. I wish it could just be unlatched but mostly closed for when not in use. If you close it all the way it gets musty. Just looks bad, Samsung please come up with a fix for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher. It's better than the previous Maytag that I owned for quite a few reasons. One is the top rack. The silverware rack (or at least I think that's what it is for). It removes the necessity of the basket that usually sits on the bottom rack and separates it entirely. Of course, the basket is still included, but I honestly don't have it in my dishwasher at current time. Two is that it quite frankly has a lot of capacity. I'm able to fit a surprising amount of dishes into this dang thing and have it run effectively. Part of this is because of the aforementioned silverware rack. Means I can remove the basket and just have that much more space for random dishes and/or cookware. Three is that this dishwasher is surprisingly quiet. I was expecting it to be noisy just like every other dishwasher I've used, but it isn't. You can obviously still hear it, but it's not loud at all. Both of the folks that I live with remarked this when I ran it for the first time. Fourth is its ability great ability to wash stuff. Everything has come out very clean since I've bought this. No residue, nothing. The only downside here is that it doesn't have an inbuilt food grinder, so you definitely have to scrape off dishes before using it, but who doesn't do that? Barbarians (and probably small children), that's who. Moving away from that, this dishwasher has SmartThings functionality, but I'm honestly at a loss for how this particular functionality can actually be useful in any sense. I'm not entirely certain why anyone would need to control their dishwasher remotely. I guess for the laziest of the laziest or those with mansions? Idk, seems like a waste of design time for R&D. Overall, this is a great dishwasher that functions exquisitely and has the capacity to make life easy. I highly recommend it and wish that my last dishwasher was a Samsung. Quite frankly, I didn't think a dishwasher could function quite this well.

The silverware sliding rack frees up so much space, and the third rack makes loading effortless. It runs whisper quiet (we barely notice it’s on), yet I still get alerts and notifications so I always know when it’s done. The sleek, fingerprint-resistant design keeps it looking clean in our busy kitchen, and the smart features make it incredibly easy to use. Samsung has impressed me across the board with performance, style, and innovation. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the things I really like: 1. It's ultra quiet. We can't even tell it's on, it's so quiet. 2. Cleaning, so far, has been wonderful. Better than any previous dishwasher I've owned (and there have been many). 3. Everything is dry. We've never experienced that before. 4. The filter doesn't need cleaning daily. Things I'm not crazy about: 1. The door doesn't stay fully open in the loading position, so I need 2 hands to load (one to hold the bottom rack in position and one to grab dishes from the sink. The gasket below the door is stiff. I already had the installer come back and he says it's just the way it is. I've never seen this before. 2. The utensil basket doesn't fit my knives. I just need to get used to putting them in the 3rd rack instead. We've already broken the utensil basket because a knife got stuck in it and the top part of the basket broke off. I'm still getting used to this dishwasher as it's only been about 1.5 weeks but all in all I'm pretty satisfied with it and happy with my purchase. It was the final appliance I needed to have all Samsung appliances, so when my previous dishwasher died after only 5 years, I'm glad I picked this particular model.

I also love how quiet the cycles are and the feature where the washer automatically opens slightly to dry. And to tie it all together I can track the cycle on the SmartThings app with all of my other Samsung appliances. Love it!
