Almost like pumpkin pie .. kinda. These were great for morning meal substitution!

It doesn't taste like pumpkin spice. It has a flavor that reminds me of sore throat spray.

Not the cleanest ingredients. I’d opt for something without seed oils, personally.

Great for adding to coffee!
