I really like Premier protein. I get the protein I need every day. I had major surgery a few years ago and I heeled really fast according to the doctors. I wasn't hungry and drink this when I didn't eat much. I feel this must have helped me cause it was the only thing I did different. Now I am dieting and feel I get the proper nutrition even if I eat less. I like the different flavors and have told other people about this when they are not eating good.

We have started a new workout and eating program and these help us get enough protein. Both the pumpkin and caramel are good along with the vanilla and chocolate. We use it in our breakfast cereal ( rice that's been refrigerated- look it up)

Product was priced reduced so I gave it a try. Pumpkin is now my favorite flavor over chocolate and vanilla. I enjoy these drinks either before my morning workout or right after. Excellent source of protein to start my day.

I love premier protein shakes. I also love all things pumpkin except pumpkin pie. To me this tastes just like pumkin pie and thats why i gave it a 4/5. But if you do love pumpkin pie, you will love this.
