Shortly after first opening the jar and using a few peppers, we discovered that the peppers near the top of the jar developed white mold while under continuous refrigeration. I assume this is because the "brine" is not adequately balanced with sufficient salt and acid. I have never had this happen with a jarred "marinated" vegetable such as this. I do not recommend this product and would not purchase it again.

I agree with the other purchasers. I bought one jar and used a couple peppers in a omelet. When I went to use some a couple days later they had the white mold on them. I use a few that were submerged in the liquid and threw the rest out. I bought another jar this was a fluke and experienced the exact same thing. I now by the Mt. Olive brand which last longer and have a better taste to me.

Simply delicious! I buy them weekly.Taste great in a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, parsley and feta cheese. I am known among all my friends with my favorite recipe: these red peppers stuffed with feta cheese, then covered in bread crumbs and eggs and fried. They are a MUST on each and every party.

Can’t open. Literally everything that I buy from Members Mark. Any be opened without a great deal of effort. It’s even sometimes impossible like with these peppers where I had to ask my neighbors son to do it and he was only able after we banged the rim on the ground multiple times. Ridiculous. Don’t bother buying. Also very dull in taste. No flavor of an actual roasted pepper. Almost like these are processed fake peppers. No peppers are exactly the same size and shape like these are. There’s no sign of actual roasting. I’ll skip these and all members mark moving forward. I wish Sam’s would stop trying to push their brand so much.

I picked up one bottle and found mold inside it within just a couple of days of opening it and putting it under refrigeration. Threw that out. I bought another. The same thing happened. I returned that for a refund. What's the point of buying such a big bottle if it only lasts a day or maybe two in the refrigerator?

These peppers have a great roasted flavor. Love to add them to homemade sauce or on top of pizza.

This taste great! You do need to eat them within a couple of weeks to a month or so of opening. I love the taste. However, they are now out of stock. PLEASE bring back. Love to add these to my food for extra flavor.
