I got this lunch box for our daughter to take to daycare. I like the compartments, they are perfect size for small lunches. The box is sturdy and holds up well with traveling back and forth to school. It is easy to clean, however, the rubber seals have developed some black spots. I have tried to clean these off and nothing seems to work, which is disappointing. I called customer service; they were very helpful and are taking care of the issue.

These lunch boxes are the perfect size for my kids’ lunches. Both my kids love theirs! This company’s customer service is also top notch- they reply very quickly and are happy to resolve any issues you may have. I would definitely recommend Bentgo to all parents of littles out there!

Bought a few of these for my daughters lunches. They are perfect sizes and love they don’t leak. The latch on one box loosened and wouldn’t seal correctly and the team was quick to respond and get a new box sent within a couple days. Happy with my purchase and pleased with customer service.

I have these for each of my three kids (4, 6, and 8) and they work great! I feel great not using plastic baggies all the time. Multiple compartments let me pack multiple items with ease. Customer service has been wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

My son loves the print and makes lunch super fun! After about 6 months in, our silicone started to disintegrate and get into the food. I contacted customer service right away and they were friendly and helpful. Replaced my item. So I am very happy with the product, and also with how the company stands behind their products!

This lunch box is perfect for my daughter who is 1. We bought extra trays so we are able to prep all her meals for the week ahead of time, and simply pop the new tray into the case. Not only is this a great product, the customer service is great too!

Bentgo saw my review and got in touch about it. They worked with me to find a solution to honor the warranty without the receipt with the retailer I purchased from for proof of purchase. I had a replacement within days. They have the best customer service.

I thought this was a great lunch bento box. However after using it for one month, the rubber part of the lid is coming off and creating a shaved rubber particles. This is going to get into my kid’s lunch. Talk about toxic. I threw away the box, how am I going to get a refund. I guess i need to buy stainless steel lunch bento box.

A really great,well thought product that my toddler loves paired with a excellent customer service experience that was unexpected. We had an issue with our lunchbox where some mold grew on the silicone. Bentgo helped us try and clean the mold off, and then replaced the item in record time. We were really impressed and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Love the Bentgo lunch boxes! My daughter has been using them every day for the last 2 years and she'll likely continue using them well into her elementary school years. Bentgo customer service is also fantastic. We had an issue with the sealant, rubber area growing mildew, and not only are they sending a replacement, they also offered thorough cleaning recommendations to use going forward.
