My daughter received a bentgo box for her birthday and the wrong print was in the box. I contacted the customer service email and they advised that they would be happy to exchange with a review of the product no questions asked. I am excited to receive the print we wanted and I know this will last her for years to come!

I’ve been using this for my son sporadically over the past year and daily over the past few months. It has great compartments for little kids serving size and it simple to use. Everything stays in its compartment and it’s easy to open and close. The one downfall has been the appearance of mold. Customer service has been great to work with and offered solutions to clean the box.

We really like this box, love that it can hold a full sandwich with no cutting, but also be divided if need be. Unfortunately we lost our divider! I contacted bentgo and the next day they offered to send a replacement, free of charge. Great customer service!

I bought the fairies for my daughter and recently the clasp broke. Sent an email to customer service (Nicolas) and offered a complimentary replacement. He responded to my initial email same day. Very happy with the service and we really loved this product. My daughter was so sad that it broke! But when I told her it will be replaced - she was happy!

We have had these lunch boxes for a little over a year now and they have been used for preschool lunches, adult work lunches, and many snack adventures in between. These hold up extremely well and are easy to snap close and open (especially for a little one). They stay locked and keep all of your food in the individual compartments nicely. Seriously the best lunch boxes and worth every penny.

The tray actually removes from the base making it so easy to wash. The tray has three compartments, one large one, and two small ones. It also has an additional divider so you can make it have 4 compartments. It hold the perfect amount of food for me. I am able to carry my lunch and a snack in the one box. It also keeps everything you put in the box so fresh. You can also put it in the microwave to reheat your food. I love the fact that it contains no BPA. Ever since I researched this chemical I have replaced all my plastic items to BPA free. This really is a high end lunchbox that spoils you for any other lunchbox.

I bought this lunch box for my oldest when he started kindergarden. He is now in gr.2 and we still use them. We have bought the same ones for my daughter who has started kindergarden. NO LEAKS! she does find it difficult to close at times, but customer service has been reallly great!

I’ve loved Bentgo since I was gifted one a few years back. That one got lost during a move, so I had to replace it when my kid started school. Within just a few months, the closure snaps started to disintegrate, and when I contacted customer support, I got an immediate response letting me know I’d have my replacement within days and that I didn’t need to take any further action. Not only did they get the replacement to me with no issue, it arrived within just a few days right during Christmas, the busiest shipping time of the year! I really appreciate the way Rosa was able to help me so quickly and easily. I was a little annoyed at first when the snaps began to fall apart but mainly because I know these to be good quality products. Bentgo backs that up with their customer service and replacement policy.

I bought 3 Bentgo Fresh Boxes last year for my kids school lunch. It has more than enough space and the seal is great at keeping the food in their own compartment. I am very thankful for the warranty and for Bentgos customer service. I emailed customer support over a concern and they prompt, professional and very nice !

I love the box. a plastic piece broke making it so that I could not 'lock' one of the clips and I contacted customer service and they are able to replace the outer shell via this review. The box is the perfect size etc. everything I need for both of my kids lunches so I am glad I will be able to keep using it with the replacement outer shell. I wish it hadn't broken to start but am happy with the customer service.
