Great price!

While drinking a glass of ice water, I noticed some white particles in the bottom of my glass. I decided to melt some of the ice I had recently bought at Sam's Club just to see if it was the ice or something in my water. Needless to say, I was disgusted at what I saw in the bowl. I've attached two pictures of the ice melting. One is partially melted, and the second completely melted. Not sure what the white particles are, but I won't be using the rest of the ice for drinking.

Used the self scanning and it asked if I had 4 items. I only had 3 items and did not know how to change it so I think I just pressed YES. When I saw my receipt on line I saw that I was charged for this bag of ice that I did not scan or have. I was just not my worth my time to try to complain about it until now. Another complaint is that the pharmacy at this location would not let me use my OTC Benefits from my United Healthcare plan that I have used at other locations. I think the person who told me this was uninformed and needs to be updated on what to do.

It's frozen water! $3 for 20lb. All other places are more expensive.
