It's ice, there's not much to say. Tastes good, good value, and it's usually not clumped up in a solid block.

Cold, and in a bag. A classic combination. Cheaper than most other stores. Perfect for cruising in your 5.0. Word....

First time trying the click and pull. Needed ice for a party and other places were more expensive and I did the order the night before and was in and out quickly.

Exactly what I needed - except would have preferred a smaller bag I could lift/manage more easilty.

Much prefer gourmet-style ice, the round little ice tubes, like Mastro makes/sells. Home City consists of large and irregular chunks of ice that are prone to clumping. But that's picking nits. My issue with this product is that the bags are quite flimsy, easily breaking at the seams, rendering the "handles" at the top of the bags useless, and requiring more care and delicacy when handling than I believe is necessary.

They went from clip sealing the bag to heat seal the bag. for whatever reason. Issue is bag plastic is so thin while picking up. it breaks and waste for my money and more import waste of our water.

Was not pleased with this ice! It seems as all bags purchased had possibly thawed and refroze. We bought in bulk, as we own a restaurant, we will not purchase again
