Ice was fine. Why is the ice dispenser outside of where you check out. Had to do another transaction. Ice at Sams is a great idea so you don't have to make another stop for party supplies, but put the ice machine before you check out.

When AAU Track & Field season is upon us, this is our go to store for all of our T&F needs including the ice. It’s a great pice for the size. We use it for our coolers and ice baths to recover those muscles.

This ice was cold, just like my own award-winning homemade ice. For the most part, besides being cold, it was impersonal. It did keep my brined turkey healthy and free of pathogens that plague room-temperature poultry.

Loved the fact that we ordered 1000 pounds of ice picked it up on a pallet and drove it right to our Wedding Reception we were hosting for our daughter!! Price was great and the personnel at the store were outstanding!! Thanks Sams Club Jackson MI

Big bag of ice goes a long way. The cubes are also large round cylinders with a hole in the middle. Do the usual and drop the bag from your waist to the floor/concrete before opening so re-break the ice and pot it out!

There was quite a bit of water in the bottom of the bag when i picked up curbside. No problem with the ice except i only ended up with about 2/3 a bag in both that i purchased.

This ice is great for icing down beverages but NOT for drinks. The ice is approximately 1/2" thick flat sheets broken up. Even after trying to break it down smaller, it doesn't go into a cup. The 4 bags that I purchased seemed to have an oily feel.

Good value. We used the ice in our cooler during a get together. I had the bags of ice along with our other party needs delivered since I was on a time crunch.

This is the first time I've ordered ice by delivery. It came in great and not melting at all, even though the store is over 30 miles away. I like the ice, as it seems to be frozen harder than ice I make in my ice trays.
