Sam's used to have the Best ice anywhere. Why they switched to this shoddy product is beyond me! These are ice chunks and shards, not nice cubes. You have to take a metal scoop to it every time you need ice for drinks to break it up. And forget using it to pack around your food items in your cooler...it clumps together worse than any other ice I have seen. Just try reaching into your cooler to pull out a soda or a jar of pickles as it will have become encased in a frozen block if ice shards. I have used ice from Sam's for 25 years. I hate to consider the competition, but this stuff is unusable. BRING THE GREAT ICE YOU USED TO CARRY BACK!!!
