In the year since we purchased your product we have not had a power outage but the test run every week is very loud / noisy!

Great have 22K unit starts in all weather conditions as low as -8 degrees and it runs the entire house

Only having the unit for 3 days it is hard to tell. I am happy with all the features and look forward to many years of great service.

It runs so quiet we didn't know we were on backup until we looked out and saw the neighborhood was dark!

Have owned my Generac for over a year. It has come on twice when the power went out. Both times loved the power it generated to the house.

My guess is we just purchased a great insurance policy for our neighbors, in that, we may never lose power again! But we're in good shape if we do!

We bought Generac because of reputation of quality product! So, far no problems, fires up as soon as power out!

Generator is quiet and has good features. Only downside I can see is that the best features are optional for additional dollars.
