We've had the Generac a little over 2 years now and are very happy with it.

We have had a generac for 22 years And this is a replacement.

Installed in early June 2026 and have been on-line once for less than 2 hours during power outage. I don't know the reliability or life of the unit.

We purchased this system just over a year ago, followed the manuals and did the complete install ourselves, very happy with the whole thing!

I bought this a year ago and it broke down at 17 hours. I had to pay for the repair because gererac doesn’t pay for the repairs.

We already had our power go out on us and this unit kicked on in no time at all. Powered up our home without any hesitation.

Purchased in 2024. The unit has provided back up power several time. Two occasions doe a week or more

Our builder installed the generator in April. We thought we had a 7 year warranty but were unable to register it. Very frustrating

Have used this product 4 times since installation and has worked as advertised. No issues and the mobile app tells me when the unit is ready for use

We have this Gen. for a year now ..... it has 26 hrs on it ..... last week the power went out for 16 hrs .... we never missed a beat. thanks
