Very nice. Price/quality is good. Installation was easy enough. Only complaint was the electrical connections. I wish there had been an easier way to access the connection points. I can be done, but I'd like to have a word with the designer.

Extremely happy with my Generac. 2 days after the completion of the installation, we had a 17 hour power outage, and the Generac never skipped a beat. Easiest power outage we’ve experienced in the 20 years we have lived here.

The installers arrived according to schedule and were very efficient and helpful during the installation. Provided good instructions on how to use the generator.

I bought this about two months ago. It broke down within 24-48 hours of installation then it took around 3 weeks to receive the replacement part. No one could give me an approximate timeframe of when the generator would be fixed

This product is a good choice for residential use. It runs quiet and exercises itself as programmed. The value will not be realize till it goes active when the power is lost

I've had the generator for about a year and have lost power 3 times so far. The first time during the winter, power was out for about 8 hours, and the other times the power was only out two to three hours.

No more failure of in floor heat or lack of water pressure. Winter power failures ( only when it snows heavy) are the worst and now we have the solution. Great addition for comfort and property value. Don't know how we got along without it.

The installation of my generator looks great. It runs every Wendsday at noon for exercise. I have almost been hoping for a power outage to see how it works when needed. I will review again if it ever goes into action.

I purchased my generator a year ago before the peak of Hurricane season in my area. Excellent peace-of-mind knowing that I no longer need to fill gas cans and set-up a portable generator.
