I purchased my 22KW Generac generator in September 2016. So far we have not had any power outages, but can tell you that we’re very happy to know when that does happen, that my family will not be cold, will have hot water, lights, all the things we take for granted. Signed, Mitch

I have already used my generator twice since its installation. Both times I lost power during storms, I was in the middle of cooking dinner and doing laundry. The generator restored my electric within minutes and I was able to completed my tasks in a timely fashion.

It was shipped very fast, however did not show up on lift gate truck like was told it would had to have naibor bring tractor to unload, was an easy hook up and easy to set up with the Didgetal display, I am gone a lot and like knowing my wife can not worry about electricity going out. Thank you for quick delivery.

In our new home, we are totally dependent on electricity. our Generac 22kw gives us a peace of mind in the event of outage to power the whole house. And with the transfer switch, no need to do any manual thing. More, it's quiet. I would definitively recommend this. Thank you!

Last year we had a very bad winter for power outages. My husband was very sick and got very upset every time I had to carry 5-gallon cans of gas to the house for our old generator. My brother in Ohio had had a Generac generator installed and loved it's ease of operations as he has MS. We decided to go the same route. The week it was installed my husband died, he never saw the finished job. Two weeks later we lost power and it worked great. It was one of the best things we ever did. It also adds a great selling point when I go to sell. In our area we have power losses many times a year, some times for weeks..I also found out we have one at work now,too............ Thanks Generac..

Pretty straight forward install. My actual costs were about half what a pro quoted not including chasing parts and my labor. Commissioning was straight forward also. Notable notes: Im not 100% satisfied on the auto start. The engine start takes longer than i like and it stumbles a bit. Plan to recheck gas service. Its also a bit louder than expected. From pre buy conversations with local dealers i dont expect much support either because i didnt give them the total sale. Consider that before you buy from a wholesaler.. I will review again after the first power loss.

Actually, aside from it looking good, We have no idea how well it works. We have not had any type power outage since installation. Further, we have attempted to "be there" when the unit initiates its bi-weekly "process". As yet have we heard it start up. Therefore, we're unsure if it works. We've contacted the consultant and he checked the time & date and the schedule and pronounces it "good to go". so, at this time, we are in a "wait & see' mode.

I thought about this purchase for a long time. While the monitoring options for this generator are not good and the heater option seems to over priced and not reliable according to others the generator is awesome and best bang for the buck. Please bring back the local remote monitoring option that has no monthly fee.

I've had a Generac 15kw generator in my home for the last 15 years the case started getting a little rusty but the generator work perfect I replaced it with a brand new 22k Generac generator with the aluminum case hopefully this will last me another 15 more years. great product

Bought two and had them istalled by certified electrician. Had a little electronic issue on one unit and and called generac support. Isolated issue and they had warranty man on location and the issue was fixed in two days from the call. All equipment will have problems from time to time. I will use generac for my office shortly as support and warranty follow up were excellent
