I like the quality and durability of the generator. I have already had a power outage and it worked great. Restored my electricity in less than 20 seconds.

Installed the 22KW propane model in November, got to benefit from it for 3 hours Christmas evening with power outage when the whole family was there. A great safety net feeling when home now and when away as well.

I own two other gas powered generac generators that we use at deer camps and they have not failed yet.There about 5 years old and other than routine maintenance they run great. Thats why we decided to get a generac for our home.Highly recommend!!

The exterior is very attractive. It can use LP or natural gas. The generator can be locked for security purposes. There are a number of KW sizes available to fit your household needs.

Installation was well done. Cycles every week at schedule time. Seems very loud--is it possible to damper the generator to suppress some of the noise?

Only use so far is when Generator goes through its weekly updates and test runs. No power outages to really test the product...but we are fans so far....

We got a generator because of constant power outages. It works great, have had no issues, install went smooth. Only had to use once, but more importantly gives us peace of mind knowing we have it.

The unit takes care of it's self. Manages house circuits by a priority system integrated into the system. This was our second unit, the first we had over 80 hours of use, the longest being 2 days.

I feel more confident now knowing if I am gone or my wife is alone that the power is there to protect perishables and my family in an outage thank you.

Had it for 7 months and no issues so far, the unit routinely tests itself with no issues. Not much to say on the appearance it kind is what it is but we put bushes around it to cover it up
