Just installed September 30, 2022 so have not had to use it yet. Installation by Penco Electric went smoothly & one small issue quickly fixed.

Installation was a breeze. Entire crew was so wonderful. We are excited about this product and can’t wait for a power outage to try this out.

The product is very good, but I was troubled by it taking about a year to receive one. Not that I have it, I am very happy.

We have had the generator for several years. During that time we've had about 5 outages, and the unit operated exactly as intendedl

so far haven't used it yet it started up fine and no problems might be able to use it later in the future

We are excited about having a Generac unit to protect us when we need it. Looking forward to many years security.

Best purchase I have ever made for my home. No worries when we lose power. Makes my wife happy, so it makes me happy.

22KW generator just installed. Working perfect. Well insulated. Very quiet from inside the house. Great styling.

never worry about losing power again, be prepared for the worst, another selling point in the future.

this generator has the power to run our whole house and not break the bank doing it .It also looks nice setting in the flowerbed
