I have been very happy with the product! It has not fail to perform and has met all of my expectations during the one outage I've had since the install.

After contacting generac by e-mail. I received a reply. And was set up with a certified dealer. Everything went very well. I would recommend this generator and installation by Billy Cooper to any one.

With 2 people in our home with medical conditions which require us to have power, it is wonderful to have a system which provides us the peace of mind in knowing that we will not lose power! Thanks Generac!

The first one lasted 20 years so no complaint though IMHO a replacement part should have been available. The new Generac is in a better cabinet, is quieter, and has an associated app.

We just purchased a Generac installed very professionaly by Baker Electric. We are very satisfied with the entire process and purchase. We are seniors with a basement so we now feel safer.

This 22kw generator was my choice after doing a lot of research. It powers the house as expected when needed. It is very efficient and the noise level when running is adequate .

Just had generator installed on 5/6/22. Once installation was completed. Electrician tested unit it work great powering up the whole house. Very satisfied with product highly recommend generac generators to everyone.

Auxiliary Power Systems out Remlap, AL installed my 10K system this morning. From the first visit to review my needs, to the quote, to the actual installation as been a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We are still installing the 22kw generator and would like to be able to switch from natural gas to propane without using tools. I read this was possible. Is there a combination valve we need to buy or is it included with the generator?

Had our 22kw generator installed several weeks before a tropical storm came to town and knocked out power for 11 hours. Certainly was nice to still live life as normal and not have to worry about food spoilage in our refrigerator and freezer.
