Very satisfied and when it did the test run it worked like a charm! Very happy and feel pretty secure now! Thank you! I would highly recommend anyone to buy a Generac!!!

Product looks good, but I don’t like how rainwater stands on the cover. I have been going out after a rain to lift the cover to let the water drip off. I hope this doesn’t wear anything out.

We just had our generator installed this morning and appears it was just in the nick of time. Our power went out this afternoon and the generator kicked on within seconds! Very happy with this awesome generator and the whole installation process.

Awesome machine, very quiet, does exactly as advertised, whish I'd gotten it sooner, Definitely a 5 star product. Would recommend to anyone looking into getting a Back Up Generator.

Mike"s Electric did a great job installing the generator. Installation was well thought out and ended up being very neat looking. Mike explained everything about the installation and the start up. Special thank you to Generac and Mike's Electric.

I purchased and installed the 22k in Nov 2018. This thing is a beast and has exceeded my expectations. Total cost ended up being $3000 less than budget, yes I said LESS than budget. I am a Generac fan for life.

my solar company sold it to me and installed it all for me. Quiet mode hardly here it my lawn mower is loader than it is running when the power is out I am going to be glad to have it

Received unit and found unit was packed very well! Also received transfer switch at the same time! Placed on concrete pad and installation was great. Unit started after logging in with wifi and has been running great according to pm schedule.

Purchased from Sheep Electric and they did a great job on installation. Just two days before installation the power went out 5 times in high winds. This problem should never happen again.

Just had the 22kW installed for the whole house and the wife and I are very happy. This time of year in north central NC we get some very bad thunderstorms. It is very unpredictable when a storm will knock out the power. No more worries for us!
