The hardest thing about installing this generator was trenching for burying the wires. I love the simplicity of setting up the generator and the peace of mind knowing I won’t be without power again!!

This product has all the features and quality I was looking for in a generator. The installation was a breeze and the activation and setup went very smoothly. Keep up the great work on a great product.

We just had our generac installed by Home Backup Systems and the installation process was great. So far everything has gone smoothly with the generator and it has worked well with our power outage test and the exercises.

Just finished getting this all installed. Seems to work great, that really remains to be seen the next time the power goes out. The purchase and installation was through Texas Star Power and they were fantastic.

Product came packaged well and in excellent condition. Insulation went very good and quick. Love the WIFI feature to monitor the generator. We know the first power failure it will be worth every dollar we spent, excellent investment
