LOVE out Generac! If you don't have one and are debating it - stop debating! Amazing service and support. We have used this Generator over and over again. Note - I did not enable the remote wifi option to increase security of the unit.

Phil Bartley installed he was great did a excellent job. Replaced my 04 17 kw model . New one has great features and installed easily . I recommend Generac have been happy for years. Thanks

Mid Ohio Generators is so easy to work with. All employee were considerate, kept us in the loop as to what was taking place, friendly and respectful. They showed us how everything they did and how it works.

The wait was worth it!! When in operation Generator is no louder than a lawnmower. Now I have don't have to deal with a portable generator ever again when the power goes out.

I hope to never need this genset but I know if I do it will perform perfectly.Looks great, awesome features will recommend a Generac to family and friends.

The generator kicked on immediately when our power went off. It was only for a short time, but it gives us real piece of mind knowing how quickly and dependably it works.

The Wi-Fi isn’t free. The module is but the app required to utilize is 50 dollars a year. Not worth the features it provides. Very dissatisfied with the Wi-Fi aspect.

Used Rescon Electric for the installation of my 18K home backup generator. The installation went flawless, they came well prepared and hit the ground running. The entire process took on a couple of hours. Very well done.

simple to install, no problems did it all myself. took a week for the gas company to upgrade my gas meter. Very easy to program. no more worries when the power goes out.

Installed by a company from another state. Now the controller panel is totally dead. Had authorized company look at unit and ordered a controller. Now I can get zero status on the part. Bad weather is headed our way and this thing is useless.
