This unit works as described and looks nice sitting next to my new house. So glad to have this unit ready and waiting if and when a power outage happens. Low maintenance and easy to maintain makes this a great unit for homeowners.

We recently had a >24 power outage, which was horrible, so we installed this generator. We have not had another major power outage since that time, but just having the peace of mind that we would be prepared is more than worth it!

Bought this in 04/21/2021. Just installed last week. 01/19/2022. . Haven't needed it yet. Should do a great job when I need it. Looking forward to see it in action.

A brand new generator should not leak oil. Should not come with mangled wire terminals. Should not have cross threaded screws. Should not have loose screws. Should not have large internal scratches.

Decided to go with a whole house generator. Just installed and haven't used yet,but all testing seemed to go well. All aspects of the project went without a hitch. It is good to know we have a Generac if we need to use it.

I have the 22KW unit. It is excellent. Handles my house and was set up by a professional recommended by Generac. I installed the Mobile unit - which keeps me informed of what is occurring with the generator. Recommend to anyone.

Excellent generator 22kw hook up and site preparation was made easy by there instruction guide, very pleased with unit. also easy access to maintain unit.

After waiting 4 months the generator has finally arrived. It looks good. Features, Quality, etc will be known in time, but the time to wait for the generator and communication with the company doing the sale & install was absolutely unacceptable.
