It seems like a good unit. But, not completely installed.

Product was damaged. Called customer service they said they were trying to get in touch with vendor.  Would call back in 24-72 hours. This is a $5000 purchase. I have not heard back from anyone.

Damage

Quite expensive but it became a great deal with the $500 off by Sam's Club together with the automatic transfer switch and free shipping.  Plus Generac was offering an extended warranty for free.  Superb quality equipment and design.  Heavy duty, whole house  standby generator even connects to home WiFi to keep track of Generac status among other things via the Mobile Link app.  Professional installation cost was a little over half the cost of the LPG generator.
