I have owned this for 3 years and I have never had a problem with it. It does everything that it's suppose do plus very dependable. Our longest run time has been 3 days 24/7.

We live in a hurricane zone and already feel better about living here. The generator self-tests every week. We receive a monthly summary of the assessments. Couldn't be more pleased!

The unit has features and functions that will meet the requirements of rendering power interruptions irrelevant. Power delivery more than meets our need with a low noise impact.

Decided to go with a whole house generator. Just installed and haven't used yet,but all testing seemed to go well. All aspects of the project went without a hitch. It is good to know we have a Generac if we need to use it.

Bought this in 04/21/2021. Just installed last week. 01/19/2022. . Haven't needed it yet. Should do a great job when I need it. Looking forward to see it in action.

While I have not had the opportunity to use it as a backup yet, we have peace of mind that it is there. Installation went great with no problems! Unit looks sharp and well built. We hope for many years of good service.

Bought 22 KW unit installed works as should. Lacks ability to hardwire to my router due to distance from router and loss of WiFi Wouldn't buy again. Should be hard wire installed if necesary for customer to use..
