James, Dylan, and David did an excellent job of installing and testing our new Generac system. They were courteous, skillful, and very knowledgeable in this installation process. We look forward to our new system providing comfort and peace of mind in our Florida weather.

I just got my generator installed. I can't really say much since I haven't had a power failure yet. I was a bit shocked at how far the generator was placed away from the house. It kinda sit out in the yard. The wifi wasn't connected and wasn't told how to until I contacted Mobile Link. The installation of the unit near my circuit breaker was done very well. I'll give more feedback later.

My 22K Guardian was installed just last week. I have already had a chance to witness it's seamless functioning as we had a brief power outage yesterday morning! Incredible! The unit worked exactly as advertised and demonstrated at installation. This Generac is going to provide a wonderful peace of mind as hurricane season rears its ugly head! I must put a plug in for 1Stop Generator shop. 110% satisfied with this company. Every individual from sales, to installation, to billing, has been exceedingly friendly and helpful. A first class operation all the way.

Having just had my Generac Generator installed yesterday, I have not had the opportunity to see it in action yet, but I feel confident that it will perform well. It did when they tested it. The three man team that installed it was very impressive. They all knew what their individual job was and they very quickly and proficiently got the job done, cleaned up the mess and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased to say the least.

Guardian 22 KW GenSet plus 200A ATS installed by Doug Williford and Sons at lake house in Sabine County Texas on 2/28/2022 with no problems. Propane System installed next day. First test came a few days later when we lost utility power for 30 minutes. Gen Set started up and powered house just fine. Shut down as expected when power was restored. Great addition to the lake house. Only issue is it took 10 months from time of order date to install date. Suggest you start the process real early. Doug Williford and Sons was great to work with.

Before my husband died we had other types of generators that he had to start and refuel. I knew I didn't know how to operate those kinds of generators, but because of living in the Ozarks where we do experience power outages I began asking people about their generators. I got feedback from some other widows about how the Generac came on by itself, and they didn't have to do anything which sounded exactly like what I needed so ... I got one. Life is difficult enough for a woman alone, and since this product makes life easier, that's what I wanted.

The entire process, from quotation to installation, took a bit of time due to a significant order backlog, but overall I'm happy with the process through SPS. They responded to queries and kept me informed as to status. The installers were very professional. The Generac appears to be made of high quality materials and offers several key features.

February 2021 in North Texas and record low temperatures with electrical providers unable to supply power reliably, all we had was our Generac 22kW to survive the -16ºF week. We have an 'all electric' house with no gas appliances. No fall back position except... There is no better sound than the auto startup of your lifeline. The instant switchover on release back to electrical supplier means no flicker or resetting clocks. The power supplied by our Generac is virtually the same as that supplied by your power company - true sine wave output means no fluorescent light flicker or refrigerator hum. All in all our Generac ran over 100 hours over the week and supplied us with a true lifeline. We could not have survived at home without it.

My wife and I consider this a luxury , we waited 47 years to get this ,as there were always other priorities. Here in our little town of Saline , we loose power all too often. Amazing less than 24 hours after completing the hook up the power went out. Oh, but not here , wow I almost slept through it . Than we were so excited it was hard to get back to sleep..... Since the Generator was installed, we have not lost electrical power to our home .However, we expect the Generator to perform as advertised. We were surprised at the number times the installer had to come back to get the Mobile Link feature operational. All in all, we are very pleased with the price, product and warranty.
