We had it installed on Jan 20, 2021...and of course, we haven't had an outage yet. Every Monday at Noon, it exercise's itself and I noticed it didn't really start on the first try, it stumbled. On the second try it would start. I contacted my dealer and they checked it out to find that the fuel pin gasket was twisted and the fuel regulator/diaphragm unit needed to be replaced. They did it on the spot and its been working fine ever since. Must have been a factory issue. Was very happy with the dealers response.

This is our first generator and very pleased with all aspects of it, from the buying process to installation. You can't put a price on piece of mind with electrical outages. Our dealer has been with us every step of the way with answering questions and being honest and upfront. We're very happy with our Generac generator!

Swain Electric was easy to work with and took great lengths to get us the proper sign for our 2-story home. We wanted the Generac generator because of its recognizability and reliability. It took an extensive perior of time because the installed (no longer w/ Swain) did not pay attention to City requirements, but we are very pleased with the unit. It is placed out of sight and is actually quite quiet. Final hook-up and instructions on how to operate the unit went very smoothly. We were amazed how relatively easy it is to operate. I am writing out of complete ignorance since we have not had the opportunity to use our generator yet. But the fact that we are both in our mid 80's, and out in the country, we thought it prudent to have this unit installed. We are very happy with our Generac generator, and with the Generx team that handled delivery, installation, setup, testing and training for us. Incredibly simple to operate and maintain. We now have peace of mind as we head into Storm season here in Florida.

we've had almost 1 year now haven't to use it yet thankfully go to know it out there just in case it's needed . power's the entire house . with full size freezer and refrigerator in the basement. plus the furnace system . a very comfortable feeling for the the both of us.

My generator is not even a year old and is broken. The part that generates the electricity burnt up and needed replaced. Now the housing unit doesn’t close right. The people who installed it aren’t sure what to do. I am furious, I think they should replace the thing. I would never recommend these to anyone.

From the initial salesman and company administrator/scheduler, to the gas/plumber and electric crews involved, I can easily say (& recommend) Generac (& the Generac Super Center processes as being a wise decision and excellent process in providing a great back-up electricity solution for my home. All aspects of this process were professionally exemplary and excellent.

Just built a 6,000 sq ft home on the main street in historic Hot Springs National Park Arkansas and this unit will do the job. Installed reasonably easy and tested perfectly. Looking forward to never using it but given our history here and ice storms fell I will be calling on next winter. I feel better knowing it's there

Purchased a 22KW unit online and saved around $400.00. Decided to purchase a GenPad to mount the generator on. This made site preparation and installation easier. Our generator started right up (on propane) and runs quietly. We are very pleased with the generator and now have a sense of security when the next power outage occurs!
