We live several miles from town on a farm where heavy storms can take out the power for extended periods of time. Drifting snow can block the roads for days. With aging parents, one with alzheimers/dementia, I now have peace of mind knowing that I can bring them into my home for warmth, food, and comfort in the event of an outage. I can now go to sleep listening to howling winds without worry. These things make this purchase a fantastic investment for my home.

This generator is a great value for its price. It was an easy install running natural gas to the unit. The electrician did not have any issues with installation to the generator. Generator started right up and the transfer switch worked perfectly. I feel completely safe with this generator whatever weather is sent my way

I consulted with Adam's Power to install a Geneac house backup generator system recently and I'm sure glad I signed with them. I had three proposals and they were by far the most clear, comprehensive and competative. Dan Schopp was my tech sales representative and was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon signing they scheduled the work promptly and delivered and installed on time. Their office admin were very friendly and managed scheduled coordinated flawlessly with inspector and utility Co. And no worries....The installers, (Joe and JT ) performed and coordinated the work quickly and were done and cleaned up better than I hoped. The installation was done better than I expected no excuses or by the ways etc. they were very pleasant and professional and did an exceptional job. When complete they went over everything thoroughly, explained entire system, and I set up for a multi year optional maintenance schedule. Just had a 4 day power interruption in Texas but with my Generac 22kw literally saved my 86 year old moms life who requires electricity to run her oxygen pump for her medical copd condition that lives with me. Generac built a incredible machine that worked to provide heat and light in our house in subfreezing conditions operating on natural gas. I unreservedly recommend to every family to protect their loved ones in this climate change.

I'll have to write another review after our first power outage. Just had the unit installed and can't comment on too much yet but it does give us some peace of mind and just a bit of worry that it will actually do what it's supposed to do. Chris, our startup rep, was so knowledgeable - I doubt we'll remember 3/4 of what he told us but if we need him, he can walk us through whatever it needs. Shouldn't even say this but I'm almost hoping for a power outage!

I’ve been waiting a long time to purchase my Generac Whole Home Generator. Having my new generator gives me a great sense of security. Since I was a child with Hurricane Betsy, we’ve never left our home for any of Louisiana’s hurricanes, We suffered thru the power outages and the heat and lots of ice chest full of food and drink. Pulling electrical cords and fans thru our home. And now we’ll be living in absolute comfort from the moment our power goes out to the moment our wonderful lineman restore power to our grid. Thank you Generac for having such a necessary product at a very affordable price.

We got our 13KW unit back in 2008. We just went thru Hurricane Zeta and the unit ran for ~20 hours straight with no issues what so ever. The power went out and about 90 seconds later the power came back on. We had lights, we had television, until the cable went out, we had A.C. (I didn't have to hear, "I'm hot" a single time), and we had coffee the next morning, all on about 50 gallons of LPG. I financed the unit through my credit union so payments were deducted from my check. After about two paychecks, I didn't even miss the money. I am definitely glad we made the investment and plan to upgrade to a Generac 22KW unit within the next year so.

I bought my 18KW in April 2023 after suffering six (6) days without power the prior year due to hurricanes here in Florida. It kept my whole house powered for 2 days after Helene and 4 days after Milton. It's only running about 50-60% load with a 2 1/2 ton heat pump, light's, well pump, hot water heater, etc. I was very pleased to find it only used approx. 1.2 gallons of propane per hour (at 50% load), and not 1.7 as spec sheet shows. My 200 gallons can go 7 days if needed, but did take off-line and gave it a rest to check oil. Exercises every Monday for 20 mins. like clockwork ready to go 30 secs after power outage.. High recommend this unit.

I bought my first Generac (Centurion) 15k watt, 15 years ago. That one served my family and my home amazingly. As "Bessie" has now been layed to rest. I knew I was only purchasing another Generac. This one is 22k Watt. Quieter, electronic. and I already have the trust in this one. Worth, every penny. Generac is dependable and reliable. Trouble free and easy to maintain!!
