Our Generac was installed during 2016. Recently there was a planned power interruption and the generac started, providing full power to our home. It turned off automatically when the power resumed.

Recently we had a nor'easter come through with extremely windy conditions. I had peace of mind that my generator would take care of me if we lost power.

Good Product. However the gas connection adapter should not be shipped inside the side panel. The bolts hole in the side panel were not correctly aligned at the factory, making re-assembly of the side panel very difficult! Poor fit.

We are very pleased with our new generator. It is quiet and looks nice also. I am happy to have a generator that will service the whole house in case of power outages.

I like the security of backup power, but have not needed it yet so I could not give 5 stars. The oil filter came loose and leaked oil - luckily it was checked before it became a huge problem

Installation was well done. Cycles every week at schedule time. Seems very loud--is it possible to damper the generator to suppress some of the noise?

Overall extremely pleased. Installed in one day as it said it would be and everything works perfect no Mess no fuss. Warrantyone did a great job very professional knows what they're doing.

So far performance has been flawless. I would recommend it to others for performance and peace of mind . I really like the performance and functionality of the unit . I think it's ascetically pleasing as well

When we built our new home my wife went from " Do we really need to spend that money on a generator?" to" I'm so glad we bought the Generac". Rural aera, always there when needed. Great unit.

unit has a hiccup when ac turns on only a 4 ton unit 'back fill on install has ank;le breakers exsisting gas line was damaged not repair to code.back fill on gas line has a few ankle sprains in holes .gas lione wasw not taped as per code????
