I am immensely satisfied with this unit. It is good looking, relatively quiet, easy to understand the computer commands. It works like clockwork every Thursday at 4pm. My wife says it is the best insurance policy that we have.

Our power has went out once since the installation for a period of about 90 minutes. The generator came on automatically, and shut back down after the outage was over just as advertised.

Your certified contractor represented by Bobby gave me an good quote and excellent installation, although it took a little longer than he quoted due to difficulties with the local inspection department.

I have only had a couple of brief outages since installing the Generac 22KW system and it has performed perfectly. Full power from the Generac was running in less that 15-20 seconds.

About four days after installation was completed we had a severe snow storm and didn't have electricity for about 45 minutes, the Generac generator worked as expected: flawlessly.

Overall extremely pleased. Installed in one day as it said it would be and everything works perfect no Mess no fuss. Warrantyone did a great job very professional knows what they're doing.

Could not be more happy with my new 22kv generator, install went smooth and it worked perfect during a resent power outage, highly recommend a Generac unit , there are four in the area near me and all the owners are happy the bought them.

I feel more confident now knowing if I am gone or my wife is alone that the power is there to protect perishables and my family in an outage thank you.

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.

We are very pleased with our Generac generator. We are pleased with the appearance, and especially with the monitoring service. They serve our needs well.
