Piece of crap. Never worked when needed. Continues to give default message. Either a lemon or improperly installed.

I bought the 26 kw generator 1 year ago and I used it twice. It has done well to this point with no problem!

Have yet to use the product for longer then 10 min however when the power did go out, kicked on with no issue. I am satisfied.

This was the second Generac that I purchased and had installed at one of my homes. I have found the product to be reliable and trouble free.

My 2nd unit…….. 1st one had motor trouble after about 8 years, but this one has better features and has been great so far….

Had this unit for one year to the day. Used it during an ice storm and it failed on day 3. Luckily our dealer replaced it with a new one.

We purchased May 30th 2025. We haven't loss power for the generator to activate. But have loss power about 6 times over the years.

I bought this unit almost 1 year ago and it has perfomed as advertised , Flawlessly . I am inpressed.

Installed about six months ago. Weekly exercise starts reliably every week. No real world demand situations yet.

The Generac we purchased is a great addition to our home energy usage. It provides the safety net we were looking for.
