I purchased a couple months ago but just recently had it installed and everything went as smooth possible with zero issues.

I've had the unit for just over a month and in that time we had power failure. The unit worked fantastic.

We just got it installed. It was tested. Worked great looks good. Really satisfied with our generator.

My 2nd unit…….. 1st one had motor trouble after about 8 years, but this one has better features and has been great so far….

we have had a couple of storms since installation and while we did not need the generator it was a relief knowing we had it.

Generator installed a year ago on NG, has worked flawlessly over multiple power outages, we forget it’s running. Great feeling of security.

I bought my Generac going on a year now. It has been very productive and reliable. Very happy with the product.

Installed about six months ago. Weekly exercise starts reliably every week. No real world demand situations yet.

Happy we bought this. Power went out a month after installation while we babysat our grandchild. Generator kicked just like it was supposed to!

Yet another sucessful install & performing as expected. We have confidence in this brand as we have had sucess with many other products from them.
