We researched generators for 1 year before the choice. We live in Idaho and have MANY power outs. we have a very professional looking unit and our stress is so less as we will always have water from the well.

The generator has given me a sense of relief, knowing that I will have electricity if and when a power failure occurs. It has worked flawlessly on the weekly trials, but I have not experienced a power failure yet.

Very satisfied with the product. Give peace of mind when I am not home, that my home bound wife will be fine. She doesn't have to do anything. Only negative, need clearer direction for neutral and bond.

wonderfully made, and works as promised, so happy to have a back-up generator to utilized in the event of an outage which occurs quite frequently these days.

Could probably give a better review , we usually have a lot of outages , but since I had it installed we have not had any , so I would say that is a plus .

Saturday when the noon whistle blows, our Generac generator starts and runs for a few minutes. It's reassuring to know that our power supply will remain steady.

I just replaced the Generac that ran great for 14 years. I gave the old one to a friend, it still ran great. We got a larger one and a very happy. Several of our neighbors have purchased Generacs and also love them too.
