We like to use this sourdough bread to make roast beef sandwiches by buttering one side and pressing the buttered side down into grated parmesan cheese and directly onto the griddle or large pan to get a nice cheesy crust. Toss on Swiss cheese, roast beef and ortega chillies while grilling the parmesan and this bread will sing out with flavor. Of course the two pack makes it quite a deal.

The bread is amazing in flavor in texture. The only problem was that I did curbside pickup at Sam's and the bread was only 3 days before best to use by. That is a lot of bread for two people to use in 3 days. Sam's, please do better at checking dates.

Unbelievable sourdough bread. This is my number one go to for store-bought and sourdough bread. Definitely am a connoisseur of sourdough bread, bagels, biscuits, Even sourdough pancakes. But of course those are homemade but when you run out, where do you go to Sam’s Club?
