Has a design flaw. It is not flat on the toilet. The front side is lifted quite a bit. Two thing you need to do. 1. Cut/trim the LED peg a bit. about 3~4 mm. 2. Shave off the two inside rubber pegs/legs with a utility knife, maybe about 2/3 of it. Once it became flat on the toilet, very comfy with the heat. It would have been 4.5 stars if it was designed properly.

I purchased my heated toilet seat this past winter and have loved it. So nice to not be "shocked" by a cold seat on those cold winter nights, and that nightlight is a great bonus! I did need to hire an electrician to install an outlet for it, which was an added cost, but would do it again. Love it so much I purchased one for my daughters room as well. A nice luxury I hope to have for a long time!

Not much else needs to be said: My wife absolutely the LumaWarm Heated Nightlight Toilet Seat. She says she can't believe she went so long without having one. If I could make a recommendation. It would be nice if they could include a tool to use to tighten the nuts on the bolts. The bolts are too long for any type of socket and too close to the toilet to use a standard wrench. I had to pliers and a wrench to tighten them; many times no more than one -quarter turn each time. So the produce is great, installation another story.

My wife had been complaining for years about how cold and uncomfortable our old toilet seat was. The toilet is right next to the wall and in the back of the house where the sun isn't very strong by the time it hits the back wall. We live in Willow Springs, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago and winters get brutal at times. Since I installed the new toilet seat (bun warmer) it seems that she spends more time in the washroom than in previous years. Installing the seat was a breeze and the price wasn't too bad either. One feature that I would have liked would be for the light go off when the seat is down. I'm almost certain that it doesn't. In any case it something that I'm glad that I purchased and don't know how we've survived all of these years without it. It's a great product and I give it a very high rating. 5 stars plus!

I bought the seat in last November, the first winter in this house with an all tile and cold bathroom. We also keep our house cool at night to conserve and after using the toilet seat there was no need for coffee. The different heat settings, adjustability, soft lowering mechanism are great but the blue night light is just awesome, makes we want to sit there even when it's not needed. I will say I don't use the heat in the spring and summer.

This is our 2nd Brondell washlet and the newer model is better than the original. Love the movable nozzles best. Did not use the air dryer so do not miss having one. After 6 years, had trouble with the original one giving warm water so moving it to another bathroom just so we can still use the warm seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great heated toilet seat! Easy to install, unless you don't have an electrical outlet in the toilet area. Good quality, I ordered the seat in "biscuit" and even though my toilet is technically "bone", the color difference is not noticeable. Happiness on a cold morning is a warm toilet seat and a great cup of coffee. I ended up buying two I liked it so much.

I always wanted heated toilet seat. I took the opportunity during remodeling to add the electric outlet next to my toilet. In addition to the great value Brondell offers, the seat come with the blue light, it is for safety and convenience. The seat also has the height as regular toilet seat. This product is a gem.

I just redid my master bath and the new, expensive toilet had a seat that was so cold that I bought a space heater so the seat would be warm when needed. Since buying and installing the Luma Warm Heated Nightlight Toilet Seat I no longer dread going to the bathroom and no longer need the space heater.

this is my 2nd Brondell heated toilet seat (my first one had a fan in it, that I never really needed -- this one only has the heated seat + night light (only exactly what I need) -- 1st became aware of heated toilet seats while living in Tokyo, Japan 40 years ago -- 15 years ago when building my house researched to find a heated toilet seat for it & found Brondell -- planning to do large-scale renovation on another house soon & will definitely have electrical outlets put in behind all my new toilets so can put in Brondell heated toilet seats -- this time might try the combination heated toilet seat & bidet -- keep up the great work!
