I purchased the toilet seat last year and I have been very happy with the seat thus far. The seat is a perfect companion in the winter so nice and warm. The night light is a great feature because you don't really need a light on to do your business. My family loves my new toilet seat when they visit as much as I do. I recommend this to all.

I had kissed a lot of frogs before I found my prince. All the other heated toilet seats (aka known as frogs) had a very thin electrical cord which broke at the base - where it went into the seat. The LumaWarm has a nice thick cord which will not break. The nightlight makes it easier for the male of the species to aim when they awaken in the middle of the night.

As seniors we really love this toilet seat! The controls are simple and easy to adjust and make it comfortable for anyone. We like the light at night and the warm seat avoids the shock of sitting on a cold seat! If your bathroom does not have an electrical outlet near the commode, you may have to get an electrician to install one as the cord is not very long.

I first experienced this product at a friends house. I knew immediately I must have one! What a great feeling to sit down in the middle of a cold night on a nice warm seat. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I can't seem to get the seat tight enough and it slips.

We have a bidet in the main bathroom, its absolutely great. Our half bath, needed something. "Not another bidet" I thought, as the draft approached me. "A heated seat! Thats exactly what this needs." Although heated seats are pricey, this was by far the most inexpensive and its even warmer than my bidet seat! I love it. It takes the edge off first thing in the morning. It has 3 settings and a nightlight for those late night strolls to the washroom. Highly recommend

This is the best purchase I've made for my home. I hate turning the light on in the middle of the night as it wakes my husband but the nightlight on the seat is the perfect brightness so that i can see where I'm going. I love the temperature control as well. I plan to buy one for each of my family members.

this is my 2nd Brondell heated toilet seat (my first one had a fan in it, that I never really needed -- this one only has the heated seat + night light (only exactly what I need) -- 1st became aware of heated toilet seats while living in Tokyo, Japan 40 years ago -- 15 years ago when building my house researched to find a heated toilet seat for it & found Brondell -- planning to do large-scale renovation on another house soon & will definitely have electrical outlets put in behind all my new toilets so can put in Brondell heated toilet seats -- this time might try the combination heated toilet seat & bidet -- keep up the great work!

Has a design flaw. It is not flat on the toilet. The front side is lifted quite a bit. Two thing you need to do. 1. Cut/trim the LED peg a bit. about 3~4 mm. 2. Shave off the two inside rubber pegs/legs with a utility knife, maybe about 2/3 of it. Once it became flat on the toilet, very comfy with the heat. It would have been 4.5 stars if it was designed properly.

The LumaWarm heated toilet seat is the greatest thing ever! The comfort of sitting on a warm toilet seat is pure Heaven. The 3 heat settings are fabulous! The night light is wonderful! I have seen other heated toilet seats and the designs are ugly and bulky. LumaWarm is PERFECT in every way. Stop thinking about it and just buy it. You will not be sorry.

My sister has envied the fact that I've enjoyed a LumaWarm toilet seat for a number of years and it finally dawned on my wife and me to gift her with one. So we did for her most recent birthday and she keeps thanking us so much we can hardly get her off the phone. You see, she lives in PA and we're in GA so the LumaWarm will mean a lot more to her than it actually does to us..which is actually a lot!
