works just fine, easy to install, only thing different that I would prefer is a right angle plug instead of a straight plug in to the electrical outlet

This is the best purchase you’ll ever get. The installation is exactly the same as a regular toilet seat except to plug it in! That’s it. Then sitting on it is like a warm hug! You can use the nite light on it as well as 3 heat temp choices. Easy to clean.

Love this toilet seat. I've always wanted to try one and when it was on sale, I thought why not. We keep our house on the cold side so this works really well at night and when we use the light, it doubles as a night light.

I love the warm seat . The problem is most likely you will need an extension cord and I am having a heck of a time trying to find a 6ft 18 ga 3/c white extension cord. I am using a 12' right now which is way too long. So, good luck finding the right extensiin cord.

Happy with the form factor, heating element, and overall comfort level when using the seat. My one and only gripe, I don’t like the light on 24/7. A nightlight should generally turn on only at night, I wanted to pair the lid with a smart plug to turn off during the day, but unfortunately because it’s a button w/o memory function this isn’t possible. I could have it so it turns off during the day, but at night it would require a button press which kind of defeats the purpose since waking up at 3am to go #1 I’d have to turn on the bathroom lights to find the nightlight button, which defeats one of the purposes of a nightlight; avoiding turning on the dreaded big light. If the manufacturer releases a version of this where the button has memory or it’s simply an on/off switch I’d add the last star!

Not at all what I expected. Requires an outlet to plug in. Nightlight and Heated seat is nice but the seat doesn't appear that it will last long. It's not a real durable plastic.

The toilet lid did not fit correctly on my elongated toilet and it actually has an opening that is a inch less than the original seat which makes it slightly uncomfortable. The warming was perfect and the light works perfect it just didn't work for me.
