I have 4 of these in my B&B and guests love them but the seat is always sliding and the guests complain. Please tell me how to resolve this issue. I say on another site where user had same issue and used come hardening glue but I don't wan't it to permanent forever. This is big downside to an otherwise great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LumaWarm seat, with a similar Kohler heated seat between them. Overall, we love the LumaWarm seat and prefer it's comfort and simple controls to the Kohler seat. But the Brondell seats have one weakness - the rubber pads that are supposed to keep the seat in place on the toilet are not that secure, allowing the seat to shift position over the bowl. I think this is because toilet bowl cleaner can get under the rubber pads and essentially lubricate them. My solution is to use double sided black Gorilla tape to secure the seat to the bowl.

I truly love this seat it is by far the best the only down fall is it swivels and there is no way to stop it from moving they should put a different attachment to attach it as it is soooo frustrating I tighten it and it still moves around. But I do love the seat !!!

When we decided to remodel the bathroom, my wish was to have a heated toilet seat and floors (we live in snow country). My husband rolled his eyes thinking a heated seat was r.i.d.i.c.u.l.o.u.s and not necessary. We have 3 bathrooms in our house. Guess which everyone uses? Someone will literally wait 15-20 minutes for THAT person to get off the toilet just so that they can have the heated seat. Even though my hubs doesn't admit it, best purchase ever!!! Going to buy 2 more as christmas gifts for the hubs, lol. We bought ours 4 years ago and it's still going strong.

Wished I would have bought one earlier as it is so nice to have a warm seat! My wife loves it and it was simple to install. Would definitely buy this product again and if you need a heated toilet seat, this is the one to get. Also love the night light.

Very nice product but if you can't get the bolts because they're hidden you can opt to use their stick on which I hope last. My fear is that in a year or two the seat may come unstuck and I'll end up on the floor. I wish they had devised a way to mount it when you're unable to use their bolt attachments

I have a bidet in the main washroom. I have become a little spoiled on the heated toilet seat. I was looking for something simple and to keep our tooshies warm in the half bathroom. It is drafty in there and that seat...BRRRRR! We live in Canada, our winters are very cold. I now own Brondell Heated Toilet Seat and my families tooshies will remain warm and comfortable. I highly recommend, simple to use, easy peasy set up.

I wanted a warm toilet seat for a long, long time and didn't know it was a thing until I decided to do a simple search. There are many out there but I decided on this one because you can sit on the lid. That's not something that normally happens but if you needed to, you could. The lowest setting took a little getting use to. At first I thought it was too warm but it really isn't. I was in my late 60's, female and installed it by myself. Very simple to install. I had to get an outlet installed and while I was at it, I had one installed in each bathroom because I just knew I'd be getting one for each. This is one of those things you don't know you wanted until you get it.

The bathroom at our shop is in an unheated part of the building, which is terrible in the winter. Even the skeptics have found they too loved the heated seat. While it doesn’t take care of the draft, it does make having to use the facilities so much nicer. I highly recommend the heated seat to any one who asks about it.

This the second seat I have purchased and I could not be more pleased. There is nothing like getting up in the middle of the night and having the ability to sit on a seat that is so cozy. My household is so spoiled. If you have never experienced a heated seat, you don't know what you are missing.
