I purchased this toilet seat as a coming home gift for my husband who had just had open heart surgery. He loved it from the first time he sat down. Must say I enjoy the warmth too. The night light is a bonus. Like the fact that features can be turned off if you don't want to use them. Easy access buttons. Easy to clean.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it arrived to my house on time and in proper packaging. Can't complain. It was super easy to install and it is working great! The blue night light is so cool even though I not really use it because I have another smart night light. Three levels of heating option. It is so warm and comfortable even though it is in level 1. There is only one thing that I think it could be better if it can be smaller which mean bigger hole in other word. Anyway, I am totally recommend it to everyone who need warm seat! It can't goes wrong.

We loved the Brondell heated toilet seat so much that we decided to buy a second one for our other bathroom! I loved this toilet seat so much that I asked my husband to buy me another one for my Christmas present. We have two bathrooms and I would only go into the one that had the Brondell LumaWarm heated seat. The blue light within the toilet makes it easy to find your way at night. Thank you for making this product - every household should have at least one!

I have always had a bidet as long as I can remember, recently my bidet heating element passed....so I thought why not just a heated seat...we have other bidets in our home I can use if needed...but what I missed most was my heated seat.... In comes Brondell....oh my, just what my bottom needed...No more cries of too cold on this bottom...the heat is back...easy to install too...thanks for a great product

I just got this seat today. I love it! It's perfect! And the blue nightlight is great too. We bought this product because our bathroom is freezing and the toilet is right next to two windows. In PA during the winter that makes for a very cold seat! Who likes getting up at night and sitting on a cold seat? Only a matter of time until the other seats in the house get replaced!

I decided to wait a year before writing a review, not that I didn't love this toilet seat from day one, but I wanted to know how it holds up through the seasons. So many great things about it, the heat settings make it so easy to adjust or in the summer heat, or just a warmer day, to turn it off. The nightlight helps you navigate without turning on the bathroom light. When we have company, everyone who has used it loves it too, and ask about it. They usually expect it to cost more. The grandkids especially want to use it instead of the regular bathroom seat upstairs. I certainly recommend it, and plan to buy one for upstairs and the guest house. What a difference it makes to get out of a warm bed at night and not have that jolt of a cold seat! Love it!!!

I have 4 of these in my B&B and guests love them but the seat is always sliding and the guests complain. Please tell me how to resolve this issue. I say on another site where user had same issue and used come hardening glue but I don't wan't it to permanent forever. This is big downside to an otherwise great product!!

Many spectacular features. I personally like the warm seat for middle of the night bathroom trips. It is also great in the mornings when my body is just waking and adjusting from zombie to awake. It has 3 heat settings, I routinely keep it on low but was pleased to have a warmer option when battling the flu. The light is nicely bright, bright enough that I don't have to turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night trips, making it much easier to get back to my sleep. I have had this seat for about a year and NO PROBLEMS, No loss in heat or dimming of the light. I am now so used to it that I totally notice the freezing cold toilet seats at friends' houses now. It is definitely a featured item in our place and have had many questions and compliments. Many people assume that it was hundreds of dollars and not just a toilet seat. I DO RECOMMEND some rubber toilet seat heighteners as to not have spacing between the seat and the toilet, it will crack your toilet seat quickly. Only regret is not getting it sooner.

After experiencing this heated toilet at my sister's home, I had to have one! The installation was simple and took a whole 10 minutes! No more sitting on a shockingly cold toilet seat in the morning! I now have a warm and toasty experience. And the light in the toilet bowl acts as a nightlight! I love it!

Our bathrooms tend to be 4 degrees cooler then the rest of your house. Being a lady and have to sit down every time, it makes the go more comfortable. No more cold behind. I keep mine on the lowest setting and it is prefect. ***It plugs into a outlet, so be sure you plug it in correctly.
