I purchased a pack of these. There was not a steak knife I own that could cut this horrible piece of meat. So disappointed in Sam's. You used to be able to count on it being a good cut. Bad, bad bad!

Love these steaks! But the packages are normally to large for our household. George allowed me time to pick the steaks that I wanted from fresh cut options and then repacked the ones I chose. Such great service - so made my day!

Due to meat shortage I decided to try this. It’s not worth the price they charge. I’d say it’s maybe a step above pot roast meat, you know the kind you have to slow cook for 8hrs to become edible.

USDA choice Angus boneless strip steak. Absolutely the worst steak that I’ve had in years. Would never buy again. Normally all steaks from Sam’s have been good but these were just terrible. Would never recommend any of these for anybody.

I bought a pack of these steaks, and they were SO TOUGH and fill it gristle that we ended up throwing over half of it away. They were cooked medium rare, so that wasn't the issue. They were just really, really bad quality.

The steaks we purchased were absolutely terrible and poorly cut. All three of the steaks in this pack were more gristle and fat than meat. A good quality steak knife should not struggle cutting this cut of meat.

Kosher salt them, let rest at room temperature for 60 minutes, brush salt off, season to taste ( spray with olive oil then season) and grill to temperature preference ( 4 min a side). You will never go out for steak again ....

Steaks were tasty, but probably about a quarter of each steak was either gristle or impossibly tough. We chewed as long as we could, but eventually had no choice but to spit it out.

Bought these NY Strips today and they were very tough. I have never had this problem with Sam's Club meat. Very disappointed, these are suppose to be Choice.
