Member's Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Boneless NY Strip Steak, priced per pound

This steak was like chewing on a piece of leather, the ad said it was great Sam's was proud to advertise  it as a great buy. What a joke!!!!!

Sam's meat is not what it nused to be !!!!!

Steak price is high and quality is not as good as it once was.  Tough and more fat on the cut than should be.  Honestly beef suppliers are pricing themselves off the American dinner table.

Did not taste like NYS Steaks...flavor was not good or nearly no flavor cooked as a single steak. That was one. We cooked the second steak after cutting it up as stir fry..better this way. I wouldn't buy again. Really pricy for the quality.

NY Strip Steaks??

Made some olive oil, butter and herb seared steaks cooked to perfection. Only takes minutes to cook. Add a baked potato and nice salad and I’ve got a restaurant quality meal for less than half the price and it’s actually better than any steak from Texas Roadhouse!
