I like these very thick cuts of meat. Good flavor and great for grilling

I was a butcher fore 30-years the steaks wher nice n thick and they are great

STEAKS WERE NOT AS TENDER AS THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST. ALSO, WAY TO MUCH FAT ON THE STEAKS.

Not the softest, but not super tough. Freezes well.

Too much grizzle. Tough after cook. Medium cook only.

Too much fat. Chewy lot quality meat.

The meat looked nice but it was loaded with gristle. Very tough

Good quality. Flavorful.
