Member's Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Boneless NY Strip Steak, priced per pound

This was the toughest “steak” if we can call it that that I ever had. Won’t be purchasing again.

40 bucks for tough steak!

The taste was good but it could have been more tender.

Did not taste like NYS Steaks...flavor was not good or nearly no flavor cooked as a single steak. That was one. We cooked the second steak after cutting it up as stir fry..better this way. I wouldn't buy again. Really pricy for the quality.

NY Strip Steaks??

Made some olive oil, butter and herb seared steaks cooked to perfection. Only takes minutes to cook. Add a baked potato and nice salad and I’ve got a restaurant quality meal for less than half the price and it’s actually better than any steak from Texas Roadhouse!
