The best choice strip steak in OKC

The meat we received was brown once we started unpacking it. Yuck.

Was much tougher than expected. Always preferred Sam's Club meat over HEB's, but will try HEB or even Walmart's.

We found this steak rather tough. It was prepared properly, but unfortunately it wasn't quite up to our expectations.

These steaks were tough. They were chewy. I didn't marinate them, but at $14 a pound I didn't think I had to.

Fantastic cut of meat! Very tender and grilled beautifully.
