All the meats were fresh and they have cooked very well. This is one product I will buy again. Well worth the price Cuts are just right to feed your family for the price.

Good price and good thickness, but weren't as tender as I wanted. I marinated overnight and cooked on the grill and they were ok, but not as tender as I like. If I buy them again , I will tenderize better.

Delicious, tender and juicy. I don’t normally choose this cut because it tends to be drier. However, these strips were perfect. Better than a steakhouse steak!

Needed some steak for a grill out and these exceeded my expectations. A week later we were in Florida and were hosting some neighbors so went to Sam’s and they had these so bought more. Steaks are nice and thick so easy to cook to requested temp.

Three of the steaks were great. However, the fourth was only a combination of 3 or 4 pieces of trimmings that were tough and mostly gristle mashed together. (to look like a steak??)

New York Strip Steak was so tough that I thought I was eating a poor grade sirlion steak which I don't buy. I have tried several meats and pork chops have bone chips. I'm done buying meat at Sam's.

These have to be the worst steals I have purchased at Sam’s. They were very tough. The price worked out to about twelve dollars per steak. I will stick to rib eye from now on. Very disappointed in this purchase.

These steaks are an inch thick, maybe 1.5 inches. My son and I split one and it's perfect. They grill so nicely. Super easy dinner and makes weeknights feel like the weekend. They taste so good! So tender without tenderizing.

Rib eyes have gotten so expensive we've been trying cheaper options, and the New York strips are the standout. Better marbling and more tender than a sirloin, less fat than a rib eye and flavor as good as a filet.

Depends on the day and cow. But the day I purchased these they had light trim of fat on the edge and great marbling. I usually do ribeyes but they had huge pieces of fat in the middle.
