Tender and so much flavor

Not sure if it was a cooking problem or a meat problem....disappointed

Most of the time these are a four but occasionally we get a three

Tough and lots of gristle

Fair taste marbling was decent. If we were served this at a restaurant we would not have gone back

Quality cut, nice and thick

Tender and flavorful. We enjoyed every bit of it and my dog licked & gnawed the bone, too.

Great cut of meat, tender, a bit pricey found a little cheaper in my local grocery store on sale
