I am a hard one to please as I like my steaks well done but these grilled up so tender that it practically melted in my mouth and it was so juicy.

It's not ribeye. A bit firmer with a little more bite; but it's perfect for medium-rare. A good alternative to save a few bucks.

I have never been disappointed in the steaks I got from Sam’s club. They have alway been very tasty.

These were some of the best NY strip steaks that I’ve ever eaten! Tender, juicy and the marbling was just right!

Member's Mark beef and pork are good quality, can't say the same about their chicken. I wish they would bring back Georges Farmer Market brand.

I purchased these steaks on Father's Day 6/21/26 cooked them rare and medium and could not cut through because of the grisel and toughness I do not believe this meat is from a cow I will not be buying steak from Sam's Club ever again. Could not chew any of the meat do not buy please it's very expensive and is not worth it.

The meat was tough and about tasteless. Normally the steak we purchase at Sams is very tasty. But quality is way down this year.
