Could not ask for a better steak. Tender and great taste.

I would prefer thinner steaks. No more than .5 to .75 inch is better.

Little taste and tough. Paid less at a local grocery store and the strip steaks were tender and delicious. Must have been an old cow.

Not that great but we'll seasoned and some Adolph's meat tenderizer 15 minutes before grilling and not bad

Sticker said superior marbling. Did not look bad, but results were no taste and extremely tough even after marinating. Would not buy again. .
