Sticker said superior marbling. Did not look bad, but results were no taste and extremely tough even after marinating. Would not buy again. .

Not that great but we'll seasoned and some Adolph's meat tenderizer 15 minutes before grilling and not bad

Once in a while you get a steak with a little too much fat but I just use it for a really tender stir fry.

Butter in cast iron on stove, transfer to oven til medium rare. Just oil, salt, and pepper. Perfectly tender every time. Even better when we get a 4 lb pack on sale $35.

I am handicapped and bought these for delivery. I bought strip steak thinking I was getting New York strip steaks. What I got was sirloin steaks and they tasted like cardboard. I would not recommend anyone buy them.

Inconsistent and quite often tough. They need to let them age.

Sam's meat has gone down in quality for sure. Tough and not as tasty as it used to be.
